All furniture sales are final. Because our inventory consists of unique, hand-restored vintage pieces and custom builds, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is completed.
Character & Condition: Our “Re-Vamped” pieces are vintage. They may feature original “character marks” such as small nicks, wood grain variations, or historical patina. We provide detailed photos and descriptions of every item. By purchasing, you acknowledge the unique, aged nature of these goods.
Measurement: We strongly encourage you to measure your space, doorways, and stairwells before purchasing. We cannot offer refunds if an item does not fit in your home.
Deposits and Final Payments:
A non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom projects. This covers the cost of materials and secures your spot in our workshop.
Once a custom piece is finished and approved (either in person or via photo/video), the final balance is due.
Custom builds are non-refundable and non-returnable.
For smaller items such as Art, Wall Decor, and Tabletop Accessories shipped via standard carriers:
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
Items must be in their original, unused condition.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We take immense pride in our quality control. However, if a piece is damaged during delivery or shipping:
For Freight/Local Delivery: You must inspect the item upon arrival. If damage is found, please document it with photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours.
For Shipped Decor: Please email photos of the damaged item and the packaging to [Insert Email] within 48 hours of receipt so we can file a claim and resolve the issue for you.
In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock furniture may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the item has not yet been picked up or shipped.
Custom Orders: Once materials have been purchased or work has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
