Welcome to Re-Fineries Furniture Co. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Product Character & Authenticity

  • Re-Vamped & Vintage Items: The majority of our inventory consists of vintage or antique items that have been restored or re-vamped. Please be aware that these pieces will often possess “character marks” such as nicks, wood grain variations, or historical wear. We consider these part of the item’s soul and not as defects.

  • Color Accuracy: We strive to display our colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor displays and lighting, the actual color of a piece may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

2. Custom Orders & Commissions

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom builds or commissioned restoration projects.

  • Design Approval: For custom builds, final dimensions and finishes must be approved in writing via email before work begins. Any changes requested after work has started may incur additional material or labor fees.

  • Lead Times: Estimates on completion dates are our best guess based on current workshop volume. We will notify you of any significant delays, but “late” delivery does not entitle the customer to a refund of the deposit.

3. Payment Terms

  • All items must be paid for in full before delivery or at the time of pickup.

  • We accept all major credit cards, as well as [Insert other payment methods like Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.].

4. Returns & Cancellations

  • Furniture Sales: Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our work, all furniture sales (stock, vintage, and custom) are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is made.

  • Accessories & Decor: Smaller items may be returned within 7 days for store credit only, provided they are in their original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Pickup & Storage

  • Pickup Timeline: Purchased items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Storage Fees: Items left beyond the pickup window may be subject to a storage fee of $[Insert Amount] per day. Items left longer than 30 days without communication will be considered abandoned and will be relisted for sale without a refund.

  • Loading: While we are happy to help you move items to your vehicle, Re-Fineries Furniture Co. is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle during loading or any damage to the furniture during transit once it leaves our dock.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery is a separate service. If you require delivery, fees must be paid in full prior to the item leaving our workshop.

  • For third-party freight shipping, Re-Fineries is not liable for damages incurred during transit.

7. Limitation of Liability

Re-Fineries Furniture Co. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.
